The Crossroads Entertainment Conference is the Upper Midwest’s only event to educate, connect and showcase the work of entertainment industry in an effort to strengthen the entertainment infrastructure now and for the future. Musicians, visual and performance artist, film makers, entertainment entrepreneurs, food and beverage masters and industries that support creativity all come together at Crossroads. The 2011 event “Challenge Drives Change” will feature two days of professional development seminars highlighting models and skills that have helped orgainzations triumph in challenging times. Our showcase will once again act as a launch pad for eight bands and give the Upper Midwest Entertainment Professional a premier opportunity to connect. All happening in Downtown Des Moines November 10th & 11th.

This year’s education conference track theme is “Challenge Drives Change” and will feature two days of professional development seminars highlighting models and skills that have helped organizations triumph in challenging times. We have some amazing leaders in the Midwest Community coming to share their expertise on Marketing, Music, Cultural Development, Theatre, Event Production and much more!

Laura Gaulke will present at Dos Rios in the Don Roberto Room on Friday, November 11, 2011, at 2:00PM on the topic: “Marketing: What’s Working in a Recession Economy?”
