The process also helped us to build a more actionable segmentation of our customers. We are now in the process of leveraging these insights to create a more compelling, differentiated and engaging shopping experience for our customers.

Megan will share what the process for building a journey map looked like for Kum & Go and how you might go about creating one for your own brand or business. She will discuss the value of understanding the moments that matter in a customer journey and how you can go about enhancing the customer experience around those moments. Megan will also briefly discuss her own journey into marketing and communications from construction management and what she has learned along the way.
