Workshop Description: Everything changed on Jan. 11. That’s the day that Mark Zuckerberg decided to make Facebook more about friends and family and less about marketing.

Justin Wise from Think Digital and Chris Snider from Drake University will discuss how to succeed on Facebook in 2018 – from creating advertising that gives a return on your investment to creating content that will break through the new “friends and family” algorithm update.

Chris will discuss what we know about Facebook’s big update and what you can do to make sure your content still gets noticed by users. He’ll also offer some alternatives if Facebook is no longer working for your business. Justin will share his expertise for finding success with Facebook advertising that has come from placing thousands of dollars worth of advertising for clients.

After the workshop, there will be a social with drinks and a tour of Red Noise 6 Studios.

Key Takeaways:

  1. How to create content that breaks through Facebook’s algorithm
  2. Social media trends beyond Facebook for 2018
  3. How to find success using Facebook advertising
