IT’S OFFICIAL! The October Des Moines Business Mixer IRL Meetup is one of the Des Moines Tech Week Events! Slotted for October 14, from 4:45 to 7:00pm in East Village at Capital Chiropractic and Rehabilitation Center, 601 E. Locust St. The event will feature local business speaker, Danny Beyer, door prizes and the opportunity for idea exchange, networking and socializing with entrepreneurial-minded business professionals.

The group is open to business owners, marketers, creators, investors, tech pros, entrepreneurs and people interested in growing business in Des Moines!
WE GOT DANNY BEYER! October’s presenter is fundraiser, bow tie-wearer, LinkedIn Social organizer and master networker, Danny Beyer, who will speak about “Networking to Expand Your Influence.”

After graduating Central College in 2004 Danny Beyer entered the workforce and, after being laid off during the housing crisis in 2008, quickly realized the power and benefit of a great network. He spent the next 6 years building a network that would prove beneficial to both his professional, and personal, life. In 2013 he co-founded the Bow Tie Ball, a charity event centered on bow ties that raised over $20,000 for Young Variety. He was also chosen as the Amy Jennings Young Professional of the Year through the Greater Des Moines Partnership’s Young Professionals Connection in 2013 and was selected to the 2014 Business Record Forty Under 40 Class.
